Custom Visuals, LLC is based in Valparaiso, Indiana, and is proudly owned by Mike and Rhonda Schienle.

Originally founded in 1995 as Custom Data Visualizations, the company began by developing specialized applications for remote sensing and image processing in the aerospace industry. In 2003 the name was changed to Custom Visuals, LLC as the client base expanded into financial, energy, weather, environmental, and related fields.

Today the company focuses on software automation and reliable data-processing systems that handle large volumes of information every day. Custom Visuals designs and maintains environments that connect client files, websites, databases, and business data, automating as many steps as possible so that results arrive faster, cleaner, and ready for action.

We take quiet pride in streamlining workflows, creating clear visualization formats, and delivering practical solutions that turn raw information into useful insight, with an emphasis on client convenience and long-term reliability.

Mike Schienle leads the technology and programming side of the business with quiet expertise and steady focus.

Holding a BS in Engineering, he has spent decades deepening his knowledge through dozens of classes and hundreds of books on software and technology. Mike manages the computer workstations and servers that power our automated processing and websites, work he approaches with the same care he brings to every project.

Over more than four decades in software development and management, he has earned multiple awards. What truly energizes him is automating computers and networks as much as possible, creating space to learn something new or interesting. He continues to refine those systems so they run reliably with minimal intervention, freeing time for both client work and personal exploration.

On weekends, you’ll often find him happily immersed in his woodworking hobby, or simply relaxing as the deer wander up to feed in the quiet yard of their country home.

Rhonda Schienle manages the customer relations and financial aspects of Custom Visuals, LLC, bringing more than 30 years of professional experience in business management, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship.

In 2003 she established the company as an LLC, showcasing their client services and business partnerships. This was the foundation for the thoughtful, client-focused work the company is known for today.

Beyond the business, Rev. Dr. Rhonda is the founder of Interfaith Ministry Services, LLC, which she established in 2011 after receiving her Ordination. She earned her Doctorate in Spiritual Wellness in 2021 and serves as a Circle of Life Officiant, offering weddings, funerals, baptisms, blessings, and compassionate care. She is also a published author, keynote speaker, and spiritual educator.

Her favorite moments of relaxation are spent with her husband Mike, sharing a cup of coffee, and watching the deer, raccoons, and chipmunks make their way across the yard to what they affectionately call "Stump Café."
