We have an extensive background in satellite data processing and analysis applications. We've worked on Ground Station development, Hyperspectral applications, Landsat IAS processing, MODIS TestBed design, ETM+ Processing, SSM/IS early orbit analysis, SSM/T-2 failure analysis and a few others along the way.

We've developed a few different Capacity Planning applications over the years, which have followed the same basic formula. We've worked with the client to identify several capacity and performance parameters to be monitored, developed the collection processes, and provided a variety of methods for viewing, tracking and notification.

O'Reilly Media, one of the best recognized technical book producers, conference hosts and online publishers, featured an article Mike wrote about automating a web photo gallery for his favorite photographer, who also happens to be his wife, Rhonda. The article describes using iPhoto, Email, Sendmail, ImageMagick, MySQL and Perl to handle moving thousands of images from an image management system to a web-based photo gallery. The article was later included in O'Reilly's Mac OS X Panther Hacks as Hack #45.
We've developed, hosted and supported multiple integrated applications on our server for an environmental consulting firm. The applications sent and received data through the Web, FTP and Email in HTML, Excel and the client's proprietary formats. We've also developed dozens of automated processing programs for use in Market Data analysis within financial organizations.
